Fixed-fee audit. Clear findings in two weeks.

Find out what your systems are costing you

We trace every path a lead takes into your business, verify whether your reporting matches reality, and put a number on the work your team still does by hand. You get a written report either way.

Marketing spend buys you this month. Fixing the system underneath buys you every month after that

Two kinds of findings

Some of what we find is broken. Some of it was never built. Both cost you money every month, and neither shows up in a report.

What's leaking

Things that were set up once and stopped working, usually without anyone noticing.
  • Forms posting to an address nobody monitors

  • Calls arriving after hours with no path

  • Ad URLs pointing at the wrong page

  • Conversions counted twice, inflating your numbers

  • Channels with no attribution at all

  • Leads sitting in a CRM with no owner

What was never built

Work your team does by hand because no system was ever put in place to do it.
  • Scheduling handled over email and phone tag

  • Data retyped from one system into another

  • Quotes assembled manually for every deal

  • Follow-up that depends on someone remembering

  • Reports rebuilt by hand every month

  • Spreadsheets doing production work

The Process

How it works

We map before we inspect. You can't find leaks without knowing where the pipes are.

  • Step 01

    Map your systems

We inventory every tool, channel, and connection you have, then verify which of them actually pass data to each other. You get a diagram of your own business, and we get the information to scope the rest.

  • Step 02

    Run the checks

Up to 127 checks, scoped to what you actually run. We test every entry point, verify your tracking against your CRM, and sit down with your team to quantify what's still being done by hand.

  • Step 03

    Get the report

Everything we found, ranked by what it costs you against what it takes to fix. Including what's working, and what you can fix without us.

The Finding that Matters Most

What does by hand cost you?

Most companies can't answer this. The work is spread across people
and weeks, so it never appears as a line item anywhere.

We sit down with the people doing it, walk through what actually happens, and put a conservative number on it. That number tends to be larger than anyone expected, and unlike an ad budget, fixing it only has to be paid for once.

What you get

A written report, delivered on a call so we can walk you through it.
  • Every finding, ranked

What we checked, what we found, and what we recommend. Sorted by what it costs you against what it takes to fix, so the order tells you where to start.

  • What's working

Not everything is broken. The report says so explicitly, including the parts your current team or agency has set up well.

  • What you can fix yourself

Some findings are a settings change. Those are marked as such, with instructions. You don't need us for them and we'll tell you so.

  • A map of your stack

A diagram of every system you run and how data moves between them. Most clients have never seen this, and it stays useful long after the audit.

Nobody gets replaced

Marketing roles are built around campaigns, content, and strategy. The infrastructure underneath is a different discipline, and it's usually nobody's job. That's true whether you have a marketing team, an agency, or you're handling it yourself.

The report names gaps rather than people, and it covers what your team is doing well. Plenty of clients keep their existing team running campaigns and bring us in for the layer underneath.
Frequently Asked Questions

Questions about the audit

Because we can’t price an audit for a business whose systems we haven’t seen. The map is a separate, smaller engagement that tells us which of the 127 checks apply to you. It also means you make a small decision before a larger one, and you keep the diagram regardless of what you do next.

No. Lead infrastructure was never part of a marketing hire’s job description. It’s a different discipline. The report names gaps rather than people, and it covers what your team is doing well.

Then you spent a small amount to learn your systems are sound, and you have a document that says so. We’d rather tell you that than invent work.

Read access to your CRM, analytics, ad accounts, and site. We don’t change anything in your systems. Getting access provisioned is usually the slow part, so the two weeks start once we’re in.

No. The report is yours either way, including findings you can fix without us. If there’s work worth doing, we quote it separately.

Build work is quoted from the findings. Ongoing management runs $3,000 to $4,000 a month depending on scope. That’s a fraction of a marketing hire, and you’re paying for a system that keeps working rather than for hours.
